The staff offered really good service and a delicious breakfast, giving me the perfect start for my city strolls.

Centrally located in the heart of the historic centre of Ghent, unusual and extremely comfortable room, very friendly and helpful staff and a good breakfast.

Excellent hotel location and beautiful view of the canal. We took a room with a view and an extra bed, all fit in. room is large and beds are comfortable. Delicious breakfast, you can also eat in the area, as there are many cafes nearby.

This hotel was a commendable fit for a quick break in Ghent with good value for price. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with fresh and high-quality food that surprised us every morning. Definitely order the Belgium Waffle for a special treat.

in overall, the place is modern, has extremely friendly and outstandingly friendly staff at the reception desk. i have stayed in the a double room with a balcony. its location is incredible and amazing, very close to bars and restaurants. there is het waterhuis aan de bierkant nearby for a cup of coffee.

Prime location, with bike rentals and cafes just steps away. The exclusive double room with river view was exactly as pictured, providing comfort for our stay. Staff was friendly, allowing early bag drop-off, a must for our large luggage. The breakfast spread was satisfying, with options like waffles and pancakes, made our mornings good.

The hotel was spotless, in a great location and the staff could not have been more helpful. There is a decked area with a small outdoor pool which would just be fab in the summer. Delightful stay

Stayed in an Exclusive Double Room for 3 nights. The room was spacious and stylish with a nice view of the canal. The bed was super comfy, and it had all the amenities like a Nespresso machine. Loved the freestanding tub too! Just a minor issue with some seating options in the dining areas being a bit limited.

If you want to visit the center of Gent the location of this hotel is perfect. The children can even have a swim on one of the rooftops when it's nice weather.

The way to our room wasn't very nice; through the lobby and a hallway, then outside at the back, down an outside stairs, across the entrance of the parking garage, up in an elevator.

Consider opting out of room cleaning to enjoy a complimentary drink at the bar during your stay.

Ability to reserve a parking space. Fantastic bathroom (room 10) and view over canal. Location in middle of historic district is fabulous

A very well situated hotel for exploring the city,lovely room,excellent breakfast and superb service from the staff who try to help in everyway.

We did ask for a double bed but got two twin beds pushed together and made up as a double so hence had a large crack down the middle ! The towels were small and thin.
